If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. Not only did he give me a VERY reasonable price, but he got grease stains out of our office carpet that Stanley Steamer said they would not be able to get out. He also fixed a floor that was beyond help and make it look not only presentable again but almost like new. If you are looking to truly clean your carpets and get them CLEAN. Call this guy, don't rely on some national chain that will "do their best" and then charge you more than Bill does and it still ins't clean. Bill is a miracle worker with stains. So if you are to the point where you are looking at replacing flooring due to how it looks, call this man first. ...read full review

Loved the thoroughness of the job! Bill arrived precisely when he said he would, and spent nearly three hours on just two rooms of my home. Granted, they are large rooms, but every single spot, stain, and mark on the (white!) carpet was completely removed. Extremely impressed with the quality of service and would strongly recommend Bill to any and all residents of Colorado Springs!
