“Pierce Roofing repaired the roof of our guest house in 2018 and the work was excellent. Thus, after a very heavy snow (over 3' on the roof) in November destroyed the roof vent to the woodburning stove in the guest house, we called Pierce Roofing. We also had them install snow breaks on the front and rear of the guest house.

There was a problem inside where they removed the vent pipes to the stove. We were angry and sent the owner an email; however, the email was the owner's father who had turned everything over to his son and no longer monitors that account. Thus, he never knew there was a problem. When he saw the review he immediately talked to the crew who did the work and then called me to apologize and offered to send a professional cleaning crew and if that didn't fix the issue then replace the carpet. After several cleanings, my wife and I were able to repair the carpet. So, the owner gave us a refund on part of the payment. To Pierce Roofing - thank you!“
