i recently bought a new home. during a bad rainstorm the garage roof started to leak. I asked my realtor for a referral and she gave me Jack Caton roofing. I could not be happier! they have been out twice and did a water test and could not find the origin of the leak and charged me nothing for their time. It leaked again last night and they were back out first thing this am and did some sealing and diverted the gutter and again charged me nothing. Another roofer would have done a whole new roof for thousands. the integrity of this company is above reproach and I HIGHLY recommend them!
From start to finish, an excellent company to work with and a professional team in the office and on site. A thanks to Sean the field manager who was in constant touch with us throughout the process (including working with the insurance adjustor, who himself was really great to work with), and Amy in the office, who went over many different options with us until we were satisfied with what we wanted. Sure enough, on the exact day we had picked to start, a snowstorm hit, but the team kept in touch and started when it was safe for the crew to be up there. The crew did an excellent job of keeping the surroundings and plants protected, and Sean came through afterwards with a thorough inspection and cleanup. Excellent experience all the way around, my thanks to the team for their great work.
