Tracy and his team at Homestead Roofing are incredible! We sold our family home this fall and our buyer had questions regarding the condition of the roof. Tracy not only was quick to respond to my outreach, he visited our home, took photos, and a video of all areas in question on the roof (all were in great shape) that his team installed 7 years ago - prior to us purchasing the home. His attention to detail and the courtesy he showed me were unbeatable. I cannot thank him enough for ensuring our home sale went smoothly! Tracy and Homestead Roofing are my roofing company of choice!
