Life Time Colorado Springs is an athletic country club that offers a wide range of facilities and services beyond a typical gym. Members can enjoy an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, tennis courts, and outdoor pools, along with spa amenities like eucalyptus steam rooms and saunas. The facility features a gym, fitness classes, a cafe, a salon, and even a rock climbing wall and Pickleball courts. The setup for free weights is great, and although the cardio equipment is about 15 years old and often down for maintenance, there are still plenty of options. The place is huge, with many group fitness classes, including yoga, and water aerobics with a beautiful view. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and the place is kept clean. While memberships are considered expensive, many find the amenities and community worth the cost. One suggestion is to add ice baths or cryo baths, which would make the experience even better. Overall, Life Time provides a pampering experience for those looking for a gym with extra perks and personalized attention.
Would like to leave a review about a sweet, professional and kind lady at the front desk called Nicoel. She helped sign my husband and I, she helped us feel at home. With her genuine smile and kind ways she truly makes a difference. She kindly helped us understand the app, the facilities and the pickle ball classes. We can see she truly loves her job and is happy when she sees clients coming in.
Also the manager Niki is super nice and genuine. I forgot my swimsuit and she promptly helped me find it.

I had a manicure done. Everything went well, but when I went to the register to pay, the lady at the front desk openly asked me how much I was going to tip…out loud…in front of other customers. I thought this was SO tacky and classless. Please educate your staff on proper etiquette.
The LifeSpa is great and they always take care of me. The Aesthetician, Sophie, is very kind and knowledgeable, helped me out in the blink of an eye in-between appointments. 10/10 would recommend.
