Elijah, Jake and Louie were Awesome! As well as patient, understanding, informative when we asked questions. Even if they could not answer them; they would find out who we needed to talk to in answering concerns. Obviously it's stressful with 4 kids, pets and household to be displaced because of an uncomfortable condition in your home. They were so helpful in us understanding what happened and why all the actions for the house were needed. They belayed stress and anxiety by being so nice and patient. We had so many people come thru over the household issue and Jenkins Restorations were DEFINITELY the best team hands down.

Recently my basement flooded. Thankfully Jenkins Restorations was quick to respond and act. Jake and Louie showed up that night and stayed late, mitigating any further damage. They walked me through everything they were doing. The next day they were back with Elijah to check on everything. Having people in and out of your house every day for over a week seems like it would be overwhelming but they were amazing. Elijah was considerate of my schedule. They always let me know when they’d be arriving and what they would be doing. I was informed every step of the way and any question I had was easily answered. All the guys at jenkins restorations are beyond amazing. Kind, caring and hardworking. They are here on a daily basis and the work that they have done so far we are more than satisfied! I wanna give a huge shoutout to Elijah, Jake and Phil. They were here almost everyday making sure what needed to be done was completed correctly. They are all amazing shout out to them !!
