I was impressed. Initiated a claim today for a water leak, and insurance dispatched Jenkins. There was great communication! The company called almost immediately and gave me the manager's contact info. Ian called me only minutes later, and within 30 minutes or so was at our house to determine the problem.
Ian was totally professional and customer-centric in his approach. He offered insights and options, and was respectful of our wishes. Before he drove off he submitted his assessment to our insurance, and they called me moments after he left to move the process along.
Given this positive experience, I will call Jenkins if we need further mitigation work.
There was a hiccup with the initial manager assigned to my project but once Jenkins acknowledged what happened they went into overdrive to get my work started and finished. Trae's restoration team was quick and everything looks great. The walls and carpet are exactly how we wanted them. And then Ian's pack in team was on time and able to empty out our storage container in about an hour with no broken furniture. My family and I are happy and glad we chose Jenkins for the entire process; Packout, abatement, and restoration. It's nice to be able to go through a single company when dealing with so many aspects of home restoration after water damage.
