He was then able to make a quick turnaround and return the next day to fix it. Communication was always clear. He texted me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving 15 minutes later than he expected. “Derrick and Lisa did an excellent job managing my task.
I contracted them for a very large job of replacing my roof, my windows, painting the house, the garage doors, and some electrical plumbing work that had to be done inside. It was very large task and they oversaw and contracted out to all the groups that were necessary, when they were doing the roof, they found a load bearing truss that had been originally installed wrong, but had been sealed up by the original manufacturer of the home so that the damage wasn’t visibly apparent I am thrilled that they did that and I would never would’ve known if I had had that problem in the first place without them having told me. They are an absolutely excellent resource for large scale tasks like I had.“
