Luis was the tech who took care of my carpet and upholstery cleaning. I discussed the type of stains on both the chair and carpet, Luis confirmed that stain treatment would be done and the other processes he would be doing. He did an excellent job; all of the stains were completely removed and my carpet looks like new. The chair recovered nicely as well! I appreciated the small touches Luis did as well - I had forgotten to move the floor lamp and Luis placed little styrofoam pads underneath the base of the lamp that allowed the carpet below to dry.
