Jim was very good. Now this was done March 2021. I did a few extra items like adding a filtration system. I changed to ball valves. I purchased my own tankless water heater. I purchased the filter also. They were very good. Did the permits themselves. Liked the service and highly recommend them. Professional and on time. I did extras and the tankless required a new dedicated gas line. A bit expensive but worth it. If I had just done another tank it would have been about half the price I paid. Not complaining about refilling the tub 4 times instead of once. Same cost as tanked for gas usage but multiple people can take turns showing or n the tub.Service: Boiler installation

After having issues with the plumber that was originally assigned to us through our home warranty, I finally opted for a cash-out option so I could get the water heater replaced ASAP. Having extra family coming into town, and a toddler with the need for hot water, and it had become a mess when we were already going on 2 weeks without hot water. Duct Brothers were super responsive in getting a quote to me, and then once I agreed, to schedule it. They scheduled it for a few days after the agreement. Dathan was the employee that was sent to remove our old water heater, and to install the new one. He was incredibly kind, easy to chat with, and was happy to take care of things....read full review

We expected a few days to a week for them to come out, but they had us on the schedule for the next day. Chris and Seth did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts. Both were professional and no sales pitch at the end.
