“Ty's experience is top-notch! After a basic test of the electronics of my dryer, he thought about why the readings were so far off than what they should have been expected. So he pulled out an old voltage tester he had on hand, and sure enough the voltage was registering fine. So his newer meter was not working properly. It's times like these we need to advocate for better manufacturing for the tools we need to work with. Ty replaced the heating element and I'm good to go!
