Have now twice repaired a coffee grinder for free, saying it's under warranty even though I don't have the paperwork to support that. Excellent work and great turnaround time!

Bret fixed my expensive hand-me-down Delonghi espresso machine for a fair price and within a reasonable amount of time. I would have liked a little more communication to confirm they had received the UPS delivery in the first place, but overall they met my expectations. Not too many places like this anymore when these companies would rather you just buy a full new appliance. It will be an easy decision to return here with my business in the future. Thanks!
