“This was my first time getting a short haircut here, so I was a little nervous. I didn't speak up before I left because I felt awkward, but once I got home I realized it wasn't quite what I had envisioned.
I called the salon about 20 minutes later, and they were so kind and had me come back to make a few adjustments. I absolutely love my haircut now!
I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating everyone was. Things don't always turn out perfectly the first time, but it's how a business handles it that matters. Their customer service was amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back!“

She played my favorite podcast to listen to while I got my lash lift done, and I even fell asleep since she was so gentle, I really felt taken care of! “I’ve been going to DB nails for a number of years.
Their service & friendliness is consistent. Sammie is my go to lady - however today Sammie was ill and unable to fulfill my appointment for a full dip.
Tommy contacted me some 4 hours before my appointment time, worked with me, gave me multiple choices to rebook, or have someone else do my nails. I chose the latter. John, who is fairly new to the salon undertook the task…. lol… He did a great job-😀. My nails are the length & shape I like - I would not hesitate to recommend him.
