“Ly gave my girl her dream nails for HOCO. They were exactly as the picture showed. She was so kind and professional. She talked to my daughter like a real client and didn't ignore her the entire time. The business was very clean, quiet and didn't smell like monamer or unbearable chemicals. I made an appointment online. However, they had several walk-ins that they accommodated immediately. If you want a real detailed nail design like we did, plan for a 2 hour appointment and ask for Ly.
