This was my first time getting a short haircut here, so I was a little nervous. I didn't speak up before I left because I felt awkward, but once I got home I realized it wasn't quite what I had envisioned.
I called the salon about 20 minutes later, and they were so kind and had me come back to make a few adjustments. I absolutely love my haircut now!
I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating everyone was. Things don't always turn out perfectly the first time, but it's how a business handles it that matters. Their customer service was amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back!
Im absolutely in love with the haircut Randall gave me! He's my favorite stylist hands down with appreciation for alternative styles. He worked with me the whole way, i was pretty nervous about getting bangs but we started long and progressively got shorter after my approval. So greatful for his patience with me! Gave me the exact confidence boost ive been needing. Will be returning!
If you need a color refresh, go see Shayna! She gave me the perfect summer blonde highlights. I appreciated how genuine, thorough, and professional she was—she didn't stop until she knew I was 100% happy with the result. Great conversation and even better results. I’ll definitely be back!
