In Memoriam, On-Site Cremation
“Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelsi and Santiago. During one of the most difficult and heartbreaking times in our lives, they took care of our family with immense love, compassion, and genuine care.
They guided us through every step of my dad’s cremation process, always making sure we understood what was happening and never making us feel alone or overwhelmed. Kelsi and Santiago are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, empathetic, and genuinely kind people. Their attention to detail and the way they supported our family went far beyond what we could have expected.
They went above and beyond by organizing and personally being present for my dad’s military honor service the day before his Celebration of Life. Having them there meant more to our family than they will ever know. They helped make sure that my dad was honored with the dignity and respect he deserved.
What makes their care even more meaningful to us is that this was not our first experience with them. A year and a half ago, they helped our family through the loss of my brother, and they provided that same exceptional level of compassion and service then as well. To have them there for our family again during the loss of our dad was incredibly comforting.
Kelsi and Santiago treat the families they serve with such warmth and humanity. They don't simply help you make arrangements, they truly walk alongside you through the hardest moments and make you feel cared for every step of the way.
