Part of my job is working with employees who have filed Workers’ Compensation claims. The first time I had the pleasure of speaking with Crystal Maestas was when I called Peak Form in Brighton for help clarifying a work status report. I was new on the job and wasn’t sure how to go about getting the information I needed. Crystal patiently listened to me and then explained my concerns to the provider so that I was able to get exactly what I needed. Unfortunately for her, this resulted in my calling her for everything. But it doesn’t matter. She is very knowledgeable. I have yet to call with a question that she could not answer. And best of all, she does it with a sense of humor that always leaves me smiling when I hang up the phone.“
