I highly recommend this Physical Therapy facility. The team, including Lucas, Nicole, Kai, and Nikita, demonstrates genuine care for clients. Their professionalism and expertise played a crucial role in my speedy recovery from frozen shoulders.
When I started physical therapy 6 weeks ago I could not do push ups anymore due to mobility issues and pain. Emma Hart gave me the knowledge and exercises that I needed to gain back pain free mobility in my wrists. Twice a week she helped me stretch my muscles and gave me an exercises program that would eventually lead to a 20 degree increase in mobility of my left wrist and 10 degree increase in my right wrist. Now I'm back to doing push-ups without pain or difficulty. Still working on tennis elbow issues but again Emma equipped me with what I need to resolve that issue with self rehab and time. The team at Proactive PT is great. Sometimes I feel like I got more help from them than some of my doctors, no insult to my doctors. It’s been a difficult time but they have listened, offered advice, and of course the benefits of physical therapy. Great people.
