Grant was on time, prompt curious and kind. He walked me through my problem spots. Gave me advice for better management of pet urine. My carpets look brand new!! So thrilled at how they turned out. Hands down the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used.

I have 4 children, a 3 month old puppy and a very sensitive nose. I was stressing myself out trying to keep up with the stains and accidents. To say I was absolutely beside myself trying to get the urine smell out of my carpets, is an understatement. I have spent so much time and money trying every single product and none of them have worked! When I called the owner, he could clearly tell that I was overwhelmed trying to figure out the best way to take care of the carpet. He educated me on how to PROPERLY treat old urine accidents and new urine accidents to not just cover up the stain/smell but how to actually eliminate it! It is our second time using CO Carpet Masters over the years. It is easy to schedule. Keith worked with us to get it done in time before the snow comes in and Grant went above and beyond for us! All of it was much appreciated! Thanks guys!
