I went in to get a full set and everybody was so sweet and Vivian did an amazing job on my nails. She was so nice and her details on the nails were immaculate! I am in love with my new set and will be going back for my next set for sure.

Thank you Tony for my checkered nails and for being so patient!! Only thing that wasn't done was a second coat on the checkered white since there's areas not as bold and many bumps in the color. but overall great great color! For the uneven areas I would have def added a discount. But like I said, it's nice and hopefully not too noticable on the bumpy areas.

I had an absolutely great experience at Lotus Nails! Carolin was extremely helpful on the phone and got me a full set same day! She did my nails exactly like the reference picture in less than an hour and was able to help me get my eyebrows done as well! Unfortunately there was a super rude customer in the store at same time as me definitely a karen lol, but the workers handled the situation with so much grace, I would vouch for them any day!
