We had 7 walls removed so Berlin Flooring "feathered " in new wood pieces where the walls had been removed. They then stripped/sanded the original wood flooring and applied a protective covering. (We elected to go without stain.) The results of Berlin Flooring's work on our floors demonstrates a knowledge of wood and the processes involved in refinishing hardwood floors is vast and dialed in. Oh, BTW, our dog had an accident and bled all over the sanded but not yet finished flooring - about 10'x3' - and Berlin Flooring was able to perform magic in getting the blood out of the flooring.
