The last time I was here, I had a good experience. Everything went smoothly. Today, Dr. Garcia was 30 minutes late. She only shows up after I asked a couple of their staff members about her tardiness. One of their staff responded rudely saying she is with another patient and that I can reschedule, without any regards for my time. Consequently I missed my other appointments and threw my whole day off. It took me over an hour to schedule an appointment, because they were not answering their phones during business hours. Dr. Dodson is professional, excellent bedside manners, knows his stuff and is easy to communicate with. Spends as much time with you as needed. Also the office staff is overall amaaazing and their new building is ridiculously nice. So glad I finally found a PCP that I like.

We have been patients of this practice for over 20 years. The doctors and nurses have a wonderful rapport with my two kids. They have supported us from infant to high school! It is great to know we can trust and always feel comfortable with our medical team!
