“The last time I was here, I had a good experience. Everything went smoothly. Today, Dr. Garcia was 30 minutes late. She only shows up after I asked a couple of their staff members about her tardiness. One of their staff responded rudely saying she is with another patient and that I can reschedule, without any regards for my time. Consequently I missed my other appointments and threw my whole day off. It took me over an hour to schedule an appointment, because they were not answering their phones during business hours. I finally called Boulder Community Health and scheduled through them. Dr. Garcia is a good doctor.5/23/23 Things have improved a lot at this office, so they are at 5 starts now.”
