Doctor Boehm has been my doctor for over ten years. He has always given me exceptional service. He's very personal and is very responsive to any needs, and he also follows up on his patient portal page. He has given better advice than a so called specialist in a condition that I have. I am very impressed with this office. It was easy to make an appointment and after I arrived they checked me in and took me back promptly. The PA was great! Spent a lot of time with me and explaining everything in detail.

Five stars is not enough how I was treated by all the staff at Coal Creek Family Medicine, Jordan treated me with excellent care and I felt he went above and beyond !! I came from another medical facility where I felt second class and not really a valued patient. After several months of complaining about my health I was referred to Coal Creek and Jordan and I cannot tell you how pleased and glad I made the move. I will continue to send people their way.
