I am extremely happy to have found Lookout Renovation! Everyone who I have talked to has been friendly, professional, and extremely good at their job. I had a full remodel done and Brian led the renovation. When something comes up, he actually thinks what would be best for me and will contact me to make sure things are good. For example, I went with scrap granite for the countertops (small condo) but the two small pieces on one side of the kitchen did not look like it matched the sink-side countertop (even though it was from the same slab, you know - it's granite). As an architect with 40 years experience in design and construction, I have nothing but high praise for Lookout. I spent Covid doing a lot of remodeling on rental properties (interiors) and Brian and his team went from one rental to the other until they were done. I ALWAYS knew they would do the right thing - like installing shut off valves for water. They certainly checked with me on some things, or when the found serious issues in the older buildings, but mostly they just marched along with the work.
