MRI was fine - surprise billing was not. They told me they sent a text with amount due. No phone call. I had checked the night before and had a text from Boulder Centre. saying my co-pay was $30. You don’t pay, you don’t get MRI. It’s not like we were talking about a $30 co-pay, it was $150. The gal said that text was from “upstairs” not them (MRI), how is the patient suppose to know. They made me put a card on file to do the MRI. So I came home and looked for the text. Front desk gal, reminded me of some good info. I totally forgot about. She just did so because I was wearing scrubs, not even the correct color! She made my day taking that chance question!!

Fast, painless MRI with a friendly and knowledgable tech. Checking in and out was seamless as well. No one wants to need an MRI, but if I ever have to get another one, I'll gladly come here.
