“This is the first time I’ve ever had to take an animal to a best and I can say this was definitely a smooth a confident experience overall. I have an ornate box turtle who has been a little sluggish lately and not coming out of her covered shelter. Turns out it’s just a little too cold in her enclosure and we have to switch some things up in her environment. Today she seems a lot more active and alert. Dr. Sofia and her assistant Shannon we both very helpful, informative, and gentle with her care/nail trim. I’m confident Dr. Sofia knows what she’s talking about because she has experience with her own box turtle as well. Sounds like they will be able to get me on the right path for my turtles good health later down the line.“
