“Need a paid receipt and a ladder was supposed to come with the purchase of a cover. Never got that ladder. Use my old ladder. The guys that did the job was very good. Hard workers would recommend them to People to do the job Never got a receipt on the Receipt on the job after it was done paid the money but never got a receipt. He was supposed to get emailed. Haven’t seen nothing yet.“

“The windows are great and I love them. Quality product. Working with the sales team was the most challenging part of the whole thing. They wouldn’t call back and I had to escalate issues and was then disappointed with the managers handling of the issue. Part of my order was covered by insurance and some windows I paid for. I had to submit an itemized receipt to my insurance and they wouldn’t give it to me. They made it very difficult. The installers were also awesome. Overall pleased but not having good managers who can get involved and actually help was super annoying.“
