“I was referred here by a friend over a year ago after I partially tore my MCL. When I say Dr Riley Kulm has done an outstanding job it’s an understatement. He got me from pain every step I walked to back in the Jiu jitsu gym 3-4 times a week with 0 pain in only 4 months. I made 90-100% recovery in such a short time of following his procedures and rehabilitation workouts and overtime my pain decreased and range of motion increased drastically to the point where now my knee is stronger(a year post tear) than it was before the injury. “I came in for issues with my aductors causing my long runs to hurt a bit and I felt that I was heading for an injury. I had 8 weeks until a very difficult marathon and needed to attempt to correct the issues or cancel the marathon. I had been at CACC Aurora before for a lower left back issues and found that this old injury was causing my hips to displace incorrectly causing my issues. Sean helped my get the strength back where is was needed to prevent future injuries. This worked not only was I ready for the marathon but I ended up running faster by 23 mins because of this additional strength training and PT work. I could not have done this on my own. I am a ultra runner and run between 20-30 miles per week. With out Sean's help I would have had to slow down to prevent the injury. Thank you“
