Went there for a foundation yesterday.The sales girl was so friendly and professional. She helped me out and the foundation she recommended works really well. Definitely will come back!
I was greeted by a beauty line representative, Heidi. She was very pleasant and attentive while helping me find the different types of products I was looking for even though most of the products she recommended were not part of the line she represents. Heidi represented Ulta very well! However when I checked-out with Serenity the level of service dropped. Serenity dropped some of my items as she poured them out of the Ulta shopping bag instead of removing them by hand. I has to ask about my avaliable Ulta rewards points since Serenity did not offer them to me and although I asked her to apply them to my total, she did not.
