“Mark and his team put in work!!! We moved into a rental property and the entire basement smelled funny and there were urine spots. We notified the property manager and they said that’s normal after the carpets were “cleaned”….Definitely not. We made a call to the Blue Bucket folks and they went above and beyond to get the smell out. In fact, they cleaned the carpets so well that they had to do the stairs so that everything matched the white clean of the fresh carpets. We had a different company come after we moved in and they charged us triple to not get anything clean. Highly, highly recommend! They scheduled our cleaning within a day and the price was beyond reasonable for the quality and amount of work that they did. Will definitely ONLY use them again!!!!“

Michelle (the owner) is very friendly and readily available for scheduling and answering questions, which is highly convenient during a move. I emailed on a Sunday night and I got a response shortly after. They came out the next day and did a wonderful job! Completely professional and accommodating!
