I researched the local saunas and decided on this one. The staff is friendly and the entire place felt clean. I felt safe as a woman coming here by myself. Keisha gave me a tour and told me what to expect, providing me with towels, a wrap, and sandals. I’m very glad I scheduled a body scrub, it was well worth it and made the visit more of an “experience.” I only wish I lived closer!
We had a great couples experience yesterday at Red Rocks Spa! It is a unique blend of modern spa with European traditional elements. The massage therapists were super skilled, and we loved cycling between the traditional Finnish style sauna, the cold plunge and the steam. And the body scrub with salt rub and honey on your face is the final amazing touch. The owner Keisha is such a nice person and made booking very easy. We loved it so much we bought gift cards for our adult children! 10/10 experience.
Husband and I went for the Couples Scape Package. what a treat! We wanted to wrap up the year with a relaxing afternoon and everything was amazing! What made us decide for Red Rocks and not any other spa was the combination of sauna/steam room with massage. Sooo relaxing. The cold plunge is a wonderful addition and, please, don’t skip the “bucket shower”. After 1 hour of this relaxing circuit of hot and cold, when you think things cannot get better, you get a scrub section, take a shower and go get your massage.
