Absolutely 5 stars. This spa has become one of my favorite places for recovery. Between competing in CrossFit, training, work, and just the general stress of life, the combination of the sauna and cold plunge has made a noticeable difference in how I feel and recover.
The space is welcoming, clean, and makes it easy to actually slow down and take care of yourself. I’ve used it after hard training and competition, but I’ve found the mental reset to be just as valuable as the physical recovery.

I booked the Couples Escape Package for my boyfriends birthday, and we both had a wonderful experience. The facilities were relaxing and the staff made us feel comfortable. Looking forward to a return visit.
