“After the issues we had earlier on during the week, The Owner called to apologize and wanted to rectified the situation. He made me feel that I was a value customer.
They came out to fix my flashing from getting a Tankless Hot Water heater put in. They showed up a little earlier and it took them about a hour to do the job. They took pictures of the before and after to show me. Not only am I very pleased and happy with the job done. Even the worker was very apologetic and made sure I was happy with the job. He works closely on each claim and has respect from adjusters due to his knowledge and competence. He is local and and is responsive to customer needs and requests.
