My recent visit was very good (good service and attention). However, in previous visits, I have been treated very poorly by one of the medical assistants on several occasions by the same person (you have the report). However, they have reassigned me to her on other occasions because they didn't have another person available. It's worth noting that this person knows I reported her, and she knows it, which is NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I understand that other people have reported her as well. I appreciate your attention and hope you take some action regarding this matter.
