Lance and his team are incredible. From start to finish they were responsive to my questions and concerns, arrived on time and were super thoughtful as they prepared for the day's work (introducing themselves to me and my pups, explaining what they would be working on, when they would be taking their lunch break, etc.), and we're just all around good people. I had two trees that needed to be removed (one that was at least 25-30 ft right next to the neighbor's house and power lines) and another behemoth in the front yard that needed a serious haircut. What was estimated to take 1.5 days, they knocked it all out in 1. Thank you so much team! I'll be calling you back for additional work on the property. Awesome job!

I get a massive amount of leaves in my yard and didn't have time to take care of them myself this year, so went in search of a professional company to help me out. After choosing Hills, and speaking with Lance, one of the owners, I was told to give them a call once all my leaves had fallen, and he would get his team out to my house within 2-3 days. A couple of weeks later, I contacted them to head out, and was scheduled for 6 days later. I was a little disappointed in the time frame, but figured all would work out. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans, and dumped 7" of snow on my yard the day before my scheduled clean up. Needless to say, the crew didn't show up on the day scheduled (understandably, and as I expected, since it was still snowing a bit that morning and was very cold all day). I figured I would get a phone call rescheduling. Phone call never came, but the guys showed up three days later as I was leaving for work. They suggested taking a look at my yard, even though all the snow hadn't melted, to see if they could move forward. After checking it out, they said they were confident they could take care of everything. I can report a very clean yard, cleared of all the snow, too!! I'm missing a lot of my mulch, but it was really needing a refresh anyway (like, a remove-and-replace refresh, not a put-more-on-top refresh), so that will save me time in the spring. I'm impressed by the job done and would use this company again. Communication could be improved, but the work is solid, and fairly priced.
