“Five stars for what appears to be a local, family business, but I called twice to set up services and have someone give me a quote. Both times, I left a voicemail, and both times I was called back and reassured somebody would call me and schedule a day to come out to the home to give me a quote. It has now been a month, and nobody has called. I should have dropped it the first time, but I wanted to give them a second chance. After the second time, I was nervous about the quality of service and consistency with this company. It's too bad they are losing out on costumers because they are disorganized and are unable to follow through. Best of luck, you guys, but I'll be looking for someone else. Which is too bad. The project included hardscape, sod, lighting, plantings including a massive hardscape patio elevated to the same elevation of the home’s floors. The project’s final outcome is transformative and definitely adds increased value to the home.
