It's not easy to find a home studio you like and my search brought me to Damselfly YogaSpa where I'm happy to say I'm home. The classes are intimate and enriching. The studio is clean and very appealing inside. The teachers are diverse in their class offerings and deliver a wonderful and refreshing experience. In progress to support this local resource and business.

I had such a wonderful experience here with Trish! She is a sub, but I have a feeling every class at Damselfly is just as therapeutic. Adorable setting, easy parking, massage on site, and I'll be back!

I love this studio. It is a bit misleading from the outside since it is located in a shopping center but don't let that turn you away...the inside is beautiful! A lovely Zen escape in the suburbs.
