Tadasana is one of the best yoga studios that I have ever experienced. The teachers are highly attuned with an eye for alignment. I also love the community that surrounds this studio. Thank you Diana for creating and curating such a healing space!
Tadasana Mountain Yoga in Nederland is a true gem. I have been going there almost since it opened in 2011, and truly appreciate having great professional yoga instructors in town, and the privilege of practicing together in the community .
I love Tadasana! All of the different class offerings make it such a well-balanced place to practice. I regularly attended several classes all through my pregnancy and can now even bring my baby to the pre/ post-natal class. So fun!
