“Hi Dr. Josh. I wanted to share a quick reflection on my experience with Ultimate Medical Center. Seven years ago I had a total knee replacement on my right knee after going through the protocols for medicare. it's been about 90% effective . About 5 years ago I started to experience Osteoarthritis in my left knee and received Stem cell injections from your office as I did not want to go through another total knee replacement if I didn't have to. It's been about 75% effective but I began to experience the OA symptoms again this last year and contacted you're office. About one month ago I received a stemcell injection in my left knee. It's enabled me to keep on with my active lifestyle. I'm 77 and play golf 2 days a week, do Yoga 1 to 2 times a week , ride a bike and walk regularly. Is my knee perfect ? No, but I didn"t expect it to be. It still pinches and clicks on occasion if I work it hard but that goes away pretty quickly. I am doing the things I want to do and that is good enough. As an active-duty service member completing a DOT/CDL physical, I ran into an issue where the DMV system was not recognizing my DOT physical due to a military-related system discrepancy. While this was completely outside of Dr. Paterson’s control, he personally took the time to contact the DMV himself and worked through the issue until it was fully resolved. That level of commitment and professionalism is rare and incredibly appreciated.

His wife, who works the front desk, was just as exceptional. Her communication throughout the entire process was timely, clear, and reassuring. She stayed on top of everything, followed up consistently, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable.

“I was so thrilled to find the Well Life Center and especially Susan.  I did my research with two other hormone therapy clinics here in town and both were outrageous in cost.  I was looking specifically for bioidentical hormones. I was post menopausal complete with all the symptoms, but most affected by insomnia.  I was not sleeping at all through the night and none of my remedies were working anymore.  I was desperate for sleep and help to say the least.  It took a bit to get in, but Susan was worth the wait.  She is extremely knowledgeable and she knows her stuff.  She is not only talking from expertise, she takes these hormones herself.  I took a comprehensive blood panel.  The hormones were compounded for my specific needs and all has been great with my body since.  I sleep through the night with most nights not even waking up once which is a miracle in itself.  I would highly recommend Susan and the Well Life Center.“
