I was sent here by the Barnes office. Showed up 15 minutes before noon. They locked the door in front of me, told me to come back an hour and a quarter later! I am severely disabled and unable to drive back across town twice more. I guess I'll sit in the car and wait.

I sent my friend there cause her little boy is real sick with a breathing issue.They got there at 935 and just got taken back to a room, the MA was really rude and yelled at my friend cause the nurse couldn't get the pulse ox on the babies finger so my friend held his arm and the nurse snapped and said i got this i dont need your damn help.The doctor finally just came in at 1145 and barely looked at the baby and said i dont know whats wrong , his lungs sound Clear, but we are gonna put him on steroids and walked out.I have never had any problems with this place. But how they treated my friend and her baby makes me sick.My children see Optum Pediatrics Dr Rowlands. I will never take my children back to the urgent care.
