“This place is incredible. I’ve been home for about 5 hours and have already recommended them to nearly every male I know that’s in his 40’s.

From the second I walked in, all of the staff that work there were just so comforting. I felt like I was on another planet.

Listen, I was TERRIFIED, going in there. My father had colon cancer and I met all the markers for being “high risk”. Lexi, my pre-op person. What an absolute gem of a human being. If I were to type all the nice things to say about her, you would be reading this for a half an hour.

Kayla, my anesthesiologist, met with me before the procedure and that conversation completely eased my troubled mind. Again, I could go on and on about her too but this is already too long. But we’re getting to the best part.

The icing on the cake. The doctor. Madnip KC. He should teach a class on bedside manner. He came in and talked to me before I went in and listened to all of my anxious questions and he put his hand on my shoulder and assured me that he would take good care of me. I’ve worked in healthcare IT for 20 years. I’ve worked with hundreds, and hundreds of doctors, and he is, hands down, one of the good ones.

After the procedure he came and sat down next to me and talked to me about the findings, and not for a single second did it ever feel awkward or rushed. He made me feel at that moment, I was the most important patient in the entire place.

As far as the procedure goes, it felt like I was asleep for 5 seconds and the next thing you know I’m awake and meeting Alyssa, my recovery nurse. She was so over the top nice that again I was overwhelmed with all of the kindness . Whoever is doing the hiring there, BRAVO.

Note: I’m not on any drugs or painkillers or anything. I’m just home recovering listening to audiobooks. I’m writing this review from the heart and nothing else. I’ve been putting this procedure off for years and I came out with my faith in humanity restored.
