I am grateful for my PA Brett. I have seen A LOT of medical professionals and he is one of a handful of people who have actually listened to my concerns. There is no rushing of appointments and they take as long as they take. I am very happy that I switched from UCHealth (where you wait for an hour and then are pushed out in 10 min).

Our first visit to this facility following the move of my primary care provider (Dr. Shay Moore) to this location from the facility on East Fountain Blvd. The Vista Grande facility is in a much nicer neighborhood, and the facility itself is much nicer than the E. Fountain building. The staff is wonderful and morale seems great. I love Dr. Moore and her attention to detail and thoroughness. She also has an extraordinary bedside manner and pleasant demeanor!

Oak Street Health has been a blessing for me. They deal with more then just one problem at a time. They really care if you feel better. I see doctor Moore another blessing in my life. Before I seen her I was stuck in bed in pain suffering. With her on my team of doctors I have a life. We delt with all my problem even found cancer other doctors wouldn't tell me about. I'm now a year out on all my specialists. So if you have medicare and would love to live life again I suggest Oak Street Health. Love all of you at Oak Street Health
