“They were very friendly, professional, and were able to squeeze my husband into their booked schedule. My husband threw his back out and was in tremendous pain. When he left the house for his massage, he couldn't stand upright and was in a lot of pain. After his massage, he was back to normal and feeling so comfortable and relaxed. Sara was amazing and really worked out the pains he was experiencing. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.“

The experience begins with changing into a towel-wrapped top and sitting down for a hair analysis, where she shows you the health of your hair and scalp before and after. The treatment bed was comfortable and soothing, enhanced by the warm water, detox treatment, and nourishing hair masks. The products smelled amazing, and the package I chose also included a neck and arm massage with essential oils that were incredibly relaxing. My hair was left soft, refreshed, and smelling wonderful thanks to the top-quality products she used. Beyond the treatment itself, I truly appreciated that Bitali is faith-based--scriptures and Bible verses welcomed me as I entered, which made me feel I was meant to be there. She is humble, kind, and friendly, making me feel cared for not only through the service but also in our conversations.
