From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was romantic, serene, and deeply relaxing. The Italian villa theme transports you to another era — it genuinely feels as though you’ve stepped into the Old World. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of peace and elegance.

Emily at the front desk welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Her smile and genuine care immediately made us feel valued and at ease. After being escorted to our changing rooms, we spent time in one of the lounge areas, which was incredibly comfortable and tranquil. The refreshments were fresh and thoughtfully selected, the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the music was perfectly set at a soothing volume.

The Tuscan Villa Suite was simply perfect — intimate, romantic, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed an unforgettable massage experience accompanied by champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. Every detail felt luxurious and intentional.

Our massage therapists, Amy and Leesa, were extraordinary. From the very beginning, they made us feel completely comfortable. Their calm, soothing manner and professional warmth created an immediate sense of trust. Their skill was remarkable — it was clear they weren’t simply performing a massage, but truly working to release deep tension with strength, precision, and care. Their ability to combine strength with gentleness is admirable. At one point, I even drifted into sleep — a true sign of complete relaxation. Their work felt like a beautiful connection, both physically and emotionally.

Amy, Leesa, and Emily each deserve every one of these five stars, as does the entire team who makes Kelly’s Spa such an indimenticabile experience when visiting Riverside and the Mission Inn.
