The building was easy to find and also houses a few independently owned businesses, including Essential Peace. The spa itself is beautifully set up and decorated--welcoming and peaceful from the moment you walk in. The lighting immediately immerses you in a calming spa atmosphere. Bitali was both professional and warm. The experience begins with changing into a towel-wrapped top and sitting down for a hair analysis, where she shows you the health of your hair and scalp before and after. The treatment bed was comfortable and soothing, enhanced by the warm water, detox treatment, and nourishing hair masks. The products smelled amazing, and the package I chose also included a neck and arm massage with essential oils that were incredibly relaxing. My hair was left soft, refreshed, and smelling wonderful thanks to the top-quality products she used. Beyond the treatment itself, I truly appreciated that Bitali is faith-based--scriptures and Bible verses welcomed me as I entered, which made me feel I was meant to be there. She is humble, kind, and friendly, making me feel cared for not only through the service but also in our conversations. I did not know how much I needed this type of service in my life ! It’s like I have a new head of hair now. I received so much scalp education, and it was beyond relaxing. Bitali is a gem! You will not be disappointed. I only wish I could go back sooner!
First time doing this and so glad I chose this place! Bitali was incredibly sweet and did an amazing job in educating me and making sure I snored a little bit too. I would argue this was better than a therapy session. If you're dealing with a lot of stress, just had a baby or just need a good scalp reset, Bitali is your girl! I was totally speechless when she asked how it was for me because I was insanely relaxed after she was done. I hope I get to do this again soon!
