“As of 08/23/2023..... 10/10!!!The receptionist Gabrielle was very friendly and professional, I felt at ease coming here for the first time. Dr. Kim's care was excellent, I felt she genuinely cared and took the time to adequately explain matters that I had questions on.For those that read this, perhaps this place had poor receptionists in the past, perhaps many people that leave bad reviews are entitled and petulant, who knows! Point is my experience was outstanding.Please please, leave a review when you have a good experience, this establishment deserves a much higher rating.“

“There is currently a really solid group of people at this clinic....from the counselors, to the nurses, and the management. Everyone is always friendly and that can be difficult at times when your work day starts at 5am. 2 people specifically really stand out and make this experience easier. Katrina (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who works in the front, and Dan who works security. Katrina is hilarious and treats everyone with respect and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself. Sometimes is hard accepting the fact you have to be at a methadone clinic. But when the staff treats you so well and make you smile, it really helps. Dan is an amazing person as well. He has to deal with so many ridiculous people who act like children and yet he always has a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing him daily. I'm not sure how many of the staff at the clinic read these reviews...if any, but I would like to say thank you to all of them for making this journey a lot easier and on a daily basis I have positive, sometimes hilarious interactions and starting your day in a positive way really helps you throughout your day. I hope to join this staff as a counselor once I complete my recovery. I know I only mentioned 2 names, but thank you again to all of you. I'll throw one more name out there and a big thank you to Carl who is part of the management team. He's an extremely nice person and I feel, genuinely cares about the patients at this clinic. “It was perfect. All my children had the same pediatric Dr. Since 1997 and she retired. So walking into the office was new however the service and staff made the first time outside of the Sutter Network a seemless at home experience making the patient's quality of care the priority...thank you!“

“Great, Friendly, Caring Staff. The facility is very clean & organized with plenty of seating. The Receptionist are very helpful, friendly, and always greet you by name. LOL, I feel like Norm from Cheers at times. So grateful to have highly trained individuals (Doctors & Nursing staff) to handle my care.“

“Dr. DhesI is one of the best doctors I've had. He always takes his time with my appointments and thoroughly explains my concerns. I never feel rushed out of my appointments and that means allot to me. unfortunately, I've had that happen more times than not at other places. He always goes over a treatment plan with me and ways to keep myself healthy. He constantly checks on mental health as well being a new mom. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're looking for a great doctor he's your guy!“
