“Amazing clinic, though its the first clinic I've been to. The doctors and councilors are more than understanding and will jump through hoops to make the right call. The receptionist are super friendly and make you feel welcomed and belonged, extreamly friendly. They are there for you and it was very apparent. I was recently transitioned from suboxone to methadone, the doctor took her time and did everything right. I could not be more relieved to have such an amazing team of people surrounding me. If you or know anyone struggling with opioid dependency, I highly recommend this clinic. Under there care, you will be heard and treated as someone who matters. If you do go here, please show respect and you won't have a worry in the world.“

“This review is specifically for the Covid vaccination program in building B. I have only good things to say about the way this Sutter is managing vaccinations. Appointments are made through the patient portal. There's no waiting when you arrive and ample parking. There is a specific entrance and separate entrance which feels very safe. When you enter (with a mask) you're asked some screening questions and asked to sit socially distanced in the hallway. Less than a minute later, the nurse took me to a station, verified information and gave me the shot, absolutely painless. The nurse gives you an information sheet, and the vaccination record, which you need to keep in order to get the second dose. From there you enter another room where chairs are placed 6 feet apart and are cleaned often. You wait for 15/30 minutes depending on your personal health history. (Free WiFi, so no problem there!). A tech checks on you to ensure there are no effects and provides you with and information sheet. Then another tech comes by to schedule the follow up appointment. I was assured that those that receive the first dose are assured the second dose due to strict record keeping of inventory. Everyone was super nice, so many questions were answered kindly and repeatedly, as ma y of us had the same questions over and over. The nurse told me not to massage my arm to allow the vaccine to disperse at the appropriate rate. The day after I woke up with a bit of a sore arm, but nothing that impaired my ability to work or parent. I'll post a second review after my next dose. I received the Moderna vaccine and was incredibly pleased with my entire experience!!“

I completely agree with everything my mom has said about Brett. As a parent, she always wants the best for me as a daughter. Likewise, as a daughter, I want the best for my mom. I’m a RN myself at a hospital and have worked with various doctors thoughout my nursing career. “Where to start, getting lab results should be easy but it takes two months plus. I go in for labs, low t, they say take it again in 6 weeks to confirm, 6 weeks later still low but it takes a month and a half later until they go over labs finally. They make a referral to endocrinologist he rejects it. Another 6 weeks for labs, followed by a month to hear about results. The staff and nurses are overall pretty rude if you express any dissatisfaction even when you arent saying anything verbally and are just put off by the chaos here. I had so much going on this last week, wife in the hospital, taking care of a house alone, two kids, work, vet appointments, upcoming surgery and the death of another veteran I served with via suicide but hey being slightly irritated but cordial is way too much for them to deal with... they take an hour and a half to fill zofran and then give me attitude about not wanting to wear a mask because I have a breathing problem. I'm not contagious and the labs have to do with my nausea which has been ongoing since 2017 but they didn't care to hear an explanation and then act like they are so put off by my demeanor and not even wanting to hear my words. Must be nice to have such a sheltered little life that you are put off by someones demeanor that you become rude because you find that so hard to deal with. I miss the Visalia Clinic and at this point am just at a loss for words. Patient advocate is a nice lady, she tries, doc tries but beauracracy is a nightmare, Hizen is a good dude too but getting call backs or scheduling to reach out or the front desk to not have an attitude is unreal. The lab techs are sweet too. Some of the staff needs to work on how they treat veterans. I changed my rating, they are pretty decent overall since it seems as if their staff have turned around and are doing much better.“
