Targeted massage, but really bodywork ~ at its finest. If you have a specific trouble area, it’s extra nice because of David’s knowledge beyond muscles. Now, I will always look for the NMT after CMT. You almost have to try it to understand, but you won’t be disappointed by the relief you’ll feel.
I had a massage with Carrie yesterday she was absolutely amazing she went right for the painful spot first thing and massaged it I felt so much better afterwards I would recommend her to everybody
Armstrong Bodywork was absolutely awesome. I didn't realize my range of motion in my neck and arms were limited until I met David. He did wonders! My session was more than a massage! I'm now able to move my neck and my headache was gone.
