“went here for a while and it was honestly amazing. the instructor knows his stuff and really breaks down every move so you actually get it. i dont have a martial arts background and i never felt lost or out of place. the whole vibe is super welcoming, everyone’s there to learn and improve. sparring days were tough but in a good way, you leave feeling like you leveled up. i moved away otherwise i’d still be going three times a week. place is a gem out in Browns Valley for real.“
