Customers have been highly impressed with the company's professionalism, quick response, and fair pricing. When a customer contacted the business to replace a broken bedroom window, the owner, who is believed to be named Richard, was able to accommodate the request within two days, even though the crew was booked for over two weeks. The owner provided a reasonable quote and sent a polite and professional technician to complete the job, which took less than an hour. The technician also addressed some additional issues with the window, replacing missing screws.
Another customer, who needed to replace a broken shower window before family was scheduled to visit, called the company in a panic on a Thursday and had the glass replaced by the end of the following day. The customer was very satisfied with the fair price, the quality of the work, and the friendly service provided by the technicians.
