“Hands down the most fantastic grooming experience we've ever had. Nobody else comes close. They worked things to fit us in at incredibly short notice (when several others I'd already used previously couldn't/wouldn't); they showed up on time; they were incredibly respectful and smart - asking great questions about our dog and what we wanted. They spent a good amount of time with us before even starting the grooming, and our dog (who is very nervous and anxious) felt immediately comfortable in the groomers arms. And they gave him the best hair cut he's ever had. He looked and felt amazing afterwards. Cannot recommend them highly enough - both the groomers, and the admin/office staff were wonderful.“
